Operating conditions

Ø Pipe diameter: MT80: φ 12.7- φ 76.2mm； (The minimum pipe diameter is no less than φ 12mm）

Ø Pipe thickness: ≤ 3mm; (Argon hydrogenation gas mixture is recommended for wall thickness above 2.5mm)

Ø Pipe material: stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium alloy, etc;

Ø Welding posture: all position welding;

Ø Welding form: butt joint, straight pipe to straight pipe, straight pipe to elbow, straight pipe to tee, etc;

Ø When welding carbon steel pipes, 5-8mm of the welded junction shall be polished to remove rust, exposing the original metal color;

Ø The pipe cut shall be flat, vertical and deburred, and there shall be no gap between the two pipes after they are aligned. The two pipes shall be spot welded together;

Clean the oil stain with acetone or alcohol;
